GELIA MARKETING
From September 2024 - May 2025 I had the opportunity to work for a marketing agency that was new to the social media world. My main clients were WIX Filters, Purolator, and Caterpillar.
Aside from these accounts, I also worked on other accounts such as Independent Health, CAT Marine, CAT Oil and Gas, and Gelia’s agency accounts.
I was part of a small social team at a traditional marketing agency that was growing its presence in the social media space. I had the opportunity to attend and create content for exciting events with Major League Fishing, Professional Bull Riding, and National Tractor Pulling Association which allowed me to capture real time moments and build engaging content. I also helped our clients evolve from formal marketing strategies to modern, social first approaches bringing fresh energy to their brand presence online. I created presentations to brief clients on what platforms would work best for them, pitch content concepts, create calendars, and produced the final content pieces that would be used for their socials.
Overall working for Gelia was an amazing growth opportunity because I got the chance to take a formal marketing agency and help them shift to a more social friendly approach.
NOTABLE CONTENT
WIX FILTERS
Working with WIX Filters was a fun challenge I got to experience. They were new to trying out trends, giveaways, and batching evergreen content so I got the chance to help them make that shift along with the rest of our incredible social team.
WIX Filters sponsored many different events throughout the year including PBR, NASCAR, MLF, NTPA, and others. By attending these events we were able to batch content and spread it across the entire year.

PUROLATOR
Purolator, similar to WIX Filters, was very new to the social media marketing world and because of this the social team really got the chance to experiment and see what worked best. We found that sponsored events content, and well thought out trends were the best options for Purolator’s social media accounts.
By working with this account, I got to develop my skills of product videos, studio setup, and batching content from some of the sponsored events we attended with Purolator such as Formula 1 Drift.

CAT Marine
CAT Marine was a very graphic heavy account with many restrictions and guidelines. Working on this account did allow me to improve my graphic design skills. Thanks to the incredible creative team we had at Gelia, I was able to become more versed in the art of photoshop. This was one account where I did not get to stretch my social media muscle but I was able to advance my formal marketing skills and get more time in different graphic design programs.
